Electric triple eccentric hard sealing butterfly valve (ZY type)

 

Using precise U-shaped elastic sealing ring and triple eccentric multi-layer metal hard sealing structure, it is widely used in industrial pipelines of metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical industry, and municipal construction of water supply and drainage where the medium temperature is ≤425℃. Shut off fluid usage. The valve adopts triple eccentric structure. The valve seat and disc sealing surface are made of cast steel and stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and long service life. The valve has a two-way sealing function. Pressure test standard.

 

 

• The valve adopts triple eccentric structure, the valve seat and valve plate are almost free of wear, and it has the sealing function of tighter closing.

• The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of elastic sealing of the metal sealing box. It has excellent sealing performance under ground pressure and high temperature, and has corrosion resistance and long service life.

• The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of surfacing cobalt-based cemented carbide, the sealing surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life.

• The valve has a bidirectional sealing function, and is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium during installation, nor is it affected by the spatial position, and can be installed in any direction. The drive unit can be installed in multiple positions (rotating 90° or 180°) for user convenience.
