The integrated structure of electric screw ball valve is matched with LQ electric actuator. It can operate by inputting (4-20madc, 0-10vdc or 1-5vdc) signal or single-phase power supply. It has the characteristics of strong function, small volume, light and pleasant, reliable performance, simple matching and large circulation capacity. At present, the valve is widely used in industrial automation control systems in food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical industry, teaching and scientific research equipment, electric power and other industries.
Product characteristics
Electric screw ball valve and butt welding ball valve are divided into integral type (one piece), two-stage type (two pieces) and three-stage type (three pieces). The valve body casting adopts the advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with reasonable structure and beautiful shape. The valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, with reliable sealing and easy start. The valve rod adopts a bottom mounted structure with inverted seal. When the valve chamber rises abnormally, the valve rod will not be rushed out. Two piece and three piece ball valves are connected by butt welding (BW) and socket welding (SW), and can be equipped with international standard ISO support platform and locking device. A 90 ° switch positioning mechanism can be set and locked as required to prevent misoperation.
