Electric flange ball valve is a kind of rotary ball valve with 90 ° angle. It has excellent sealing performance, large flow capacity, small flow resistance coefficient, simple structure, convenient maintenance and long service life. The valve body channel and connecting pipe diameter are equal and form a diameter. The medium can flow almost without loss. It is equipped with LQ actuator. The products are usually used in occasions with strict sealing requirements, except for controlling gas, liquid and steam medium, It is also suitable for controlling the medium containing fiber impurities. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, light industry, papermaking, power station, refrigeration and other work fields.
Performance characteristics
• the fluid resistance is small. The ball valve has the smallest fluid resistance among all valves. Even the reduced diameter ball valve has very small fluid resistance.
• the thrust shaft bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which can make the long-term operation balance of the valve stem flexible.
• the valve seat has good sealing performance. The sealing ring made of PTFE and other materials is easy to dry seal, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
• the valve stem seal is reliable. Since the valve stem only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of medium pressure.
• because PTFE and other materials have good self lubrication, the friction loss with the ball is small, and the service life of the ball valve is longer.
