Without external energy, the pressure change of the medium of the process pipeline is compared with the signal, so that the force of the regulated medium is balanced with the output force of the actuator, so as to achieve stable pressure and differential pressure values.
ZZCP differential pressure valve is a balanced single-seat valve with stable pressure, high precision and good sealing, which is used to control small differential pressure. ZZCN type differential pressure valve adopts double seat valve, large flow coefficient, the spool is upright and inverted, can be composed of two different varieties of products.
ZZVP type micro-pressure valve adopts balanced single-seat valve, which can adjust the set value arbitrarily during operation. Therefore, it is suitable for all kinds of industrial furnace combustion system fuel gas, petroleum products in process or oil storage tank protective gas and heat treatment protective gas micro-pressure automatic regulation and other occasions. The differential (micro) pressure can be adjusted in stages from 50mm.WC to 0.1MPa.
Widely used in industrial combustion furnace system, control two kinds of materials, such as gas, air flow ratio, to achieve ideal combustion. Used for sealing oil system of hydrogen cooled generator set to control the pressure difference between sealing oil and gas to ensure reliable sealing. When the low pressure end of the differential pressure valve is through the atmosphere, it is a micro-pressure valve (negative pressure of the differential pressure valve, and the end pressure is zero)
