Electrically Actuated Flanged Ball Valve (ZY Series)

Electrically actuated ball valves perform 90° rotation with bubble-tight sealing (API 598 Class VI) and superior flow capacity (Cv≥50 per ISO 5208). Featuring full-bore design (API 6D) and minimal flow resistance (ΔP≤0.03MPa), these low-maintenance valves with ZY Series actuators (ISO 5211 compliant) handle demanding media including fibrous suspensions (ISA 76.00.02) and steam/water/gas. Constructed with WCB/CF8M bodies (ASTM A216/A351) and PTFE seats (ASTM D4894), they achieve 100,000+ cycles (MSS SP-61) in petroleum/chemical/metallurgical systems (ASME B31.3).
